STEP 1 THE RIGHT CONNECTIONS
The first step of a Knight is when they are recognized by Middle Ages society as a man who possessed great skills and who new the Code of Chivalry. In the Middle Ages, it was possible for any man to become a knights. To be a knight u will have to have a horse and good weapons but they were very expensive. To be a knight it was very hard because u needed to come from a noble, or wealthy family, and another good thing to have is good connections. The steps to knighthood started as a boy. The honor of being a knight usually passed from a knight to his sons.

They page job was to take care of the Lord's clothes and assist them in dressing. They were also to act as servants to any ladies if they would do that when they worked in a court or castle. As a page you would have uniform witch was the colours of the livery of the Lord. There were a lot of pages, it always depended on the wealth of a noble. The ages for being a page would have to be seven years up to fourteen years old. When you were a page you would get an education to be taught religion, manners, riding, hunting, hawking and strategic games. Sword play was always practiced using a wooden sword and shield. They would fight on piggyback witch was introduced but the young knights to the balance and skills required in the mounted combat. The pages would always have to attend tournaments for battling.
STEP 4 THE SQUIRE
A squire was the medieval servant to a knight during the Middle Ages. When you are a squire it was one of the most important steps to knighthood it started when page reached the age fourteen years old. Some of the duties of being a Squire were u had to learn about Chivalry, the rules of Heraldry, horsemanship and u needed to practice the use of weapons and the skills required of a knight. They also had to enter the social life of the castle and learn the courtly etiquette, jousting, music and dancing. The squire had to stay in this role for at least seven year to become a knight witch was the age of twenty-one. If you were an amazing squire for a reward of bravery on the battlefield they would let you become an knight earlier. The squire accompanied knights on the battlefield they would lead and tend the horses and made sure they were dressed in medieval knights armour. Sadly so came under the fire from arrows and many squires were killed doing their duty.
